Dr. Sloat manages the pre-operative and post-operative care of LASIK and refractive, cataract, glaucoma, and dry eye patients at Kremer Eye Center’s King of Prussia and Limerick offices. He also runs his own optometric practice in Collegeville, PA. While at Kremer Eye Center, Dr. Sloat has participated in numerous FDA sponsored trials and frequently lectures on refractive care.
Dr. Sloat graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology from Albright College, and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, with clinical honors.
After several internships, he performed his residency in hospital-based primary care optometry at John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Sloat has been published in Review of Optometry and is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and the Bucks-Montgomery Optometric Association.
