Dr. Pronesti specializes in LASIK and Cataract surgery. A board-certified ophthalmologist, he serves as National Associate Director of Kremer Eye Center in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. He has been honored as a Top Doc by Philadelphia Magazine, Main Line Today and Castle Connolly.

Dr. Pronesti invented the Golf Bifocal and authored many publications. He has performed thousands of LASIK procedures and participates in many ongoing FDA protocols that work to advance refractive surgery.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Pronesti earned his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University Medical School in Philadelphia and completed his internship and residency at the Friedenwald Eye Institute in Maryland.

He was also Vice Chairman of Maryland General Hospital’s Department of Ophthalmology, where he trained new doctors in leading-edge clinical and surgical techniques.
