Born and raised in western Pennsylvania, Dr. Elliott has happily called south-central Pennsylvania home for over 20 years. With more than two decades of experience as a medical optometrist, he specializes in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of ocular diseases, including diabetes, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. He has a particular passion for treating dry eye disease and provides state-of-the-art care for ocular surface conditions.

Dr. Elliott earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh. He pursued graduate studies at both Pennsylvania State University and McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He later completed his Doctor of Optometry degree and a Bachelor of Science in Visual Science at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia.

Before his career in optometry, Dr. Elliott served in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, where he trained as a surgical technologist. He is honored to have served in Operation Desert Storm.

Dr. Elliott resides in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Michelle, and their three dogs. He is the proud father of four grown daughters. Active in his church, he serves as an assisting minister, lector, and usher. Outside of his professional and community involvement, he enjoys camping, traveling, hiking, biking, and gardening.

His commitment to service extends beyond his local community. Dr. Elliott has participated in a mission trip to Morocco where he provided ophthalmology care. He has also provided eye care to remote Eskimo villages along the Bering Sea in Alaska, bringing vision care to underserved populations.
