Dr. Elliott specializes in dry eye. A licensed optometrist, he joined Ludwick Eye Center in 2011. Prior to joining Ludwick Eye Center, Dr. Elliott worked as an eye doctor in private practice.

Dr. Elliott received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2001. While studying Biology at the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Elliott earned the Quebec Merit Scholarship.

Before finishing his Doctor of Optometry, Dr. Elliott served in the U.S. Navy during the Gulf War, where he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal.

Dr. Elliott  has studied the newest treatments in dry eye at Duke Dry Eye Center, and frequently lectures at National Conferences on dry eye treatment today. He has also provided eye care to Eskimos along the Bering Sea in Alaska.
