Dr. Kulkarni specializes in providing refined medical and surgical eye care. A board-certified ophthalmologist, he is one of the region’s leading neuro-ophthalmology specialists.

Dr. Kulkarni graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbia University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He attended the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at Rutgers University in New Jersey and completed a residency in ophthalmology at Georgetown University/Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. He completed sub-specialty training in Neuro-Ophthalmology at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, which is consistently ranked the number one eye institute in the nation. Dr. Kulkarni also worked in private practice in San Diego, CA for 6 years.
