Born and raised in the south central region of Pennsylvania, Dr. Tiffany Frey is grateful to be serving her community alongside our dedicated surgeons here at Ludwick Eye Center.  With over 20 years of experience in the optometric field, Dr. Frey is passionate about providing exceptional patient care, specializing in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of ocular diseases to include diabetes, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.

Dr. Frey earned her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2008 and completed her Pre-Med Degree at Shippensburg University. She is a member of the American Optometric Association as well as the Pennsylvania and Central Pennsylvania Optometric Associations.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Frey is committed to serving her community, where she was recognized as the winner of the Community Choice Awards in multiple categories for 2 years, reflecting her dedication to the field.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her lovely family of 8 which includes 6 daughters, 4 of which she was blessed with adopting. She also enjoys cooking and baking as well as traveling, swimming, and reading.
