Dr. Victoria Chen is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with expertise in cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery.

She graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an Honors Citation. She then went on to earn her medical degree and complete her ophthalmology residency at the University of Maryland, serving as Chief Resident during her final year of training. Dr. Chen has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications on glaucoma and cataracts. During her training, she received several awards for her academic and research achievements.

Dr. Chen is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Maryland Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons.

She lives in the Hagerstown area with her husband, Brock. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
