The Mission of the Omni Eye Foundation is to improve the quality of life and healthcare equity of patients in the communities we serve who lack the resources and access to needed sight–saving care. We also provide education about essential eye care to patients, providers, community and professional organizations.
The Omni Eye Foundation will be hosting our first charity event this fall of 2022. Our clinical team will be selecting 100 cataract patients for a free procedure. Fill out the form below if you are someone who is in need of cataract surgery.
