You will likely experience better vision right away. Your eye surgeon will provide you with recovery instructions, including antibiotics and medications that help you heal. You can return to driving about a day or so after surgery. You can return to your exercise routine about a week after surgery. Wait to wear makeup until two weeks after surgery.
