Dr. Baldwin has been practicing as a retinaonly surgeon for over 15 years. Dr. Baldwin served as Chief Resident in his final year of residency. He then chose to have additional specialized Fellowship training as a vitreoretinal surgeon, where he was made a Clinical Instructor in Ophthalmology.
Prior to joining Erie Retinal Surgery, he founded a successful retina subspecialty practice within a busy general ophthalmology group. Dr. Baldwin joined the practice in 2001. His professional interests are in medical and surgical treatments for disorders of the retina and vitreous gel. Dr. Baldwin was born and raised in Pennsylvania.
