Dr. Phillips specializes in Cataracts and Cataract Surgery. A Board Certified Ophthalmologist, he focuses on technological advances in eye care and the modern cataract surgery procedure. As a pioneer in small-incision cataract surgery, he began performing his stitch-less cataract procedure in1989. Dr. Phillips is a strong believer of in-depth personal consultations and customized treatment for every patient.

Dr. Phillips founded and developed several eye facilities, including the Phillips Eye Specialists, Hudson Eye Specialists, and River Drive Surgery and Laser Center.

After graduating from University of Vermont, Dr. Hadley Phillips completed his residency at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital Consortium with training at Manhattan Eye and Ear Hospital and New York Eye and Ear infirmary. After Supplemental studies at several large cataract facilities throughout the country, including Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine Dr. Phillips has  established himself as one of the premier Cataract Specialists in the New York area.
